Marketing: Optimize your campaign deployment time!
Do you get the feeling that creating a simple marketing campaign is simply taking too long? Between content creation, multiple stakeholders, internal processes, and technical set-up, … enough to bring you out in a cold sweat, right? We believe that marketing content creation should be the only real challenge when launching a new campaign, so we’ve developed the following suggestions to save you time and stress.
1 – Reduce the number of teams involved?
For example, do you really need to make specific images for each campaign? Pareto’s law talks of the 80-20 principle being plenty, so don’t overwhelm yourself. Maybe focus this effort on 20% of use cases and in doing so, you can alleviate pressure on your design colleagues and simplify your process.
2 – Optimise tech configuration
Consider who is integrating your content? Could it be integrated directly into the tool, or even automated from a simpler synchronised interface? And managed within traceable project management tools?
Simplify the number of tools and stakeholders in order to save time and money.
3 – Create templates for your emails, web pages, and even forms!
A good model only requires rapid content integration and a maximum of 1 minute to check over the structural aspects.
So, next time you create templates, don’t separate them from each other and instead create a coherent, easy-to-use, and efficient process.
