    Otowui mission is to accompany any size of project and type of user. Here our tips on what to choose:

    1/ If your project includes a lot of ideas over a year and you have time, we recommend you to choose one of our builder package. Our builder is really intuitive and you will manage quickly to translate your ideas in beautiful templates.

    2/ If your project includes a lot of ideas over a year but you have no time, we still recommend you to choose one of our builder package in addition of some templates delivery requests. You will benefit of our template expertize and the flexibilty of the builder for tweaking easily your templates upon new ideas.

    3/ If your project is already well tied up without changes over the year, submit your template delivery request in order to benefit of our expertize.

    4/ If you are looking for new approaches and ideas, or solving specific issues, submit your request on special needs section.

  • What if I change my mind?

    « Software » or « Other Services » provided by Otowui.com by WISAVICE are dedicated to professionals and therefore governed by the French law and rules of the right of withdrawal between professionals.

  • Do you offer any discounted plans?

    Yes, through choosing a yearly plan on builder package, you will receive about 40% discount. For all other services, we make discounts according to the number of hours desired.

  • How can I manage my billing?

    As admin of your account, you can access your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more.

  • Can I change my plan?

    We only offer the possibility of upgrading our Builder packages.

    We accept the following payment methods: All the major credit cards (excluding debit cards) - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB (We are using Stripe payment system).     No, we don't think our tools should be used on small screens.
